What Information I Collect

When you request a resource, like my Colorado Grant Guide or Buyer Roadmap, respond to one of my ads, or contact me directly, I may collect information such as your name, email address, and phone number, along with your answers to questions like your buying timeline, budget range, and preferred area.

This includes information you submit through advertising forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram lead ads), as well as any forms on this website.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

• Deliver the guide or resource you requested
• Follow up by phone call, text message, or email to answer your questions and talk through your request
• Share real estate information and next steps relevant to your situation
• Improve my services and how I communicate with you

Cookies & advertising technologies

This site and my ads use tools like the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and ads are working and to measure results. These tools may use cookies or similar technology in your browser. I don’t sell any of this information to anyone.

Sharing your information

I don’t sell your personal information. I may share it with service providers who help me run my business, such as email marketing, CRM, and texting platforms, only as needed to deliver messages and manage follow-ups.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your text messaging opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. The service providers above process it only to send you the messages described on this page.

SMS/text messaging terms

How you opt in. You only receive texts from me if you asked for them. That happens in one of two ways: you answer “Yes, text and call me” to the question “How should we reach you?” on my buyer quiz (a Facebook or Instagram form), or you check the consent box when you book a call with me on this website. If you choose “No, email me only,” I will not text you.

What you receive. Your quiz results link, the guides you requested, confirmations and reminders for a call you booked, replies to your questions, and occasional helpful home buying information. Some of these, like reminders and follow-ups, are sent automatically.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages in the first week, then about weekly to monthly). Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; you will get one final confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact me at (720) 650-0617 or [email protected].

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.

Call/phone terms

By opting in through a sign-up form, you agree to receive calls from me related to your request. Call frequency varies.

I don’t use automated dialing systems or prerecorded voice messages. These are calls from me, personally.

You can opt out anytime by letting me know during a call or by contacting me directly.

Your choices

You’re in control of how I reach you.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any email
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts
• Let me know during a call, or contact me anytime, to stop receiving calls
• Ask me what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing [email protected]. I respond within 30 days.

How I Protect Your Information

Your information is stored in my CRM and messaging platform, which use encrypted connections and access controls. Only I, and the service providers named above, can access it, and only to do the things described on this page. I keep it for as long as I am working with you or you remain subscribed, and delete it on request.

Age requirement

My services and text messages are for adults (18+) looking to buy a home in Colorado. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as my services change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most current version.
